I flung myself headlong into the world of creative arts when I saw a hooded bath towel at a boutique I couldn't afford for my baby I was expecting. Since then it has been a tumble through many ideas and mediums. One thought trend I couldn't ignore is that I have no thought trend!! My thoughts bounce around in my head until they come out of my fingers.

With bouncy thoughts, it is impossible to settle on one idea and produce it over and over. I have found that even though one thing might be popular, I cannot make that one thing more then a certain number of times. I found my home with needle felting and the world of wool and fiber arts.

Each piece I make is unique in it's own way. If not, I could not make it at all. Each view of the mountains in the morning, or the meadows in springtime, gives me new inspiration. The old trees around my home each have their own personality. The mountain ridge around my landscape has it's own aura. Even the grain of the wood comes alive when I gaze at it.

My bio is not anywhere near as interesting as the voices I hear calling from every aspect of nature. I will leave it as it is. Everything I make is inspired one way or another from our wonderful, frighteningly magical, world.
